Help in getting GS loaded

I've got my GS upgraded to the point of usefulness.

I've added the RamFast card (after returning the Focus
that died after 3 boots) and 8MB of RAM expansion.

Now, I need to get GS/OS installed, but I have no disks,
and no access to a Mac to make them (we recently pulled
all of our Macs here out of service).

I do have a modem for the GS, so I think that once I get
GS/OS loaded and add some comm package, I should be
able to get everything over there.  Anyone willing
to help me out getting GS/OS and a comm program on
disk?  I've got disks...

Better yet, anyone attached a GS to a network using
a UNIX box running cap or netatalk as a server?
