Help with Transwarp and other cards

Hi all,
I just got a Transwarp with v1.4 ROM. I remember someone in the group
saying they put theirs in slot 3 on a IIe so I did to. Now I can't use
my Softcard. The StarCard (PCPI) works though. Is there anything I
need to change to get the Softcard working again?

Anyway the question is, Does the Transwarp go in slot 3? What do the
dip switches do? Does anybody have a manual they would like to copy
(I'll pay costs if it isn't too much).

I also have a 1 meg RamWorks III in the 80 col slot. Will the
Transwarp interfere with it?

What do the switch settings do and how should they be set?

And lastly the Practical Peripherals ProClock. I am using the DOS 3.3
version of the Thunderclock Plus software to set the time and date.
However, I can't set the year. How do you do this? Anyone have
software for the ProClock? 

Oh, can I use a workstation card (localtalk I guess) to print to my HP
LJ 4M with localtalk interface?

I know these are a lot of questions but this is the first Apples I
have ever owned.
