I seem to recall that a friend of mine had his in slot 4. I think that was the
only slot where the switch did not interfere with the case. Personally, I had
an Integer card in my old Apple II. I took the Integer ROMS from the II and put
them on the Applesoft card that I bought and put the Applesoft ROMS in Apple
(pre) II+
