Some sort of File <converter??> utility.  I've heard alot about it, but
I still don't understand what it does.

LOTS more than that.  We'll have to wait for the press release.  It
sounds to me like theres been alot of work done on SIS.....cookies and
improved speed are things that stuck in my mind from the chat last nigh

  For more than Spectrum!  Upcoming software (the Mailbox by Jeff
Blakeney, an email program), Geoff Weiss <SP?>  told me in chat that he
demoed an FTP client at Kfest.

A newsreader could be developed that uses it...
