Umm... did I miss something in this thread?  I have a Microsoft Z80
card, the manual and software sitting here.  The CP/M it comes with
may not have been written by Microsoft (at least not all of it) but
the manual and hardware were definitely made by a much younger
Microsoft than we know today.

They also wrote a few other programs for the Apple IIs (Olympic
Decathalon immediately comes to mind) as well as most, if not all, of
the original Applesoft BASIC.
