Yes, if you can lay your hands on a Unidisk and a Unidisk controller, you can
copy your files from a 5.25" disk to a 3.5" disk. ProDOS would be the system to
use. The Mac should be able to read the 3.5 inch disk. Make sure that you use
DS/DD disks (800k variety). If you must use DS/HD then cover the hole at the
top left side of the disk with tape before inserting it into the Mac. The Mac
will recognize it as an unitialized disk if you don't do that.
