	There is no such organisation by your definition, just a group project
by the Apple II users with it's motive to preserving older software by
way of getting the copyright owners to re-release their softwares for
all Apple II users.

	Of course, there are archives such as Asimov and AsimovGS that carries
contraversal collection of older software that is debatable in
existence.
