I can see you bought the european version of an Apple ][ plus.... very nice
machine!

The images you can find in places like FTP.ASIMOV.COM are very  difficult to
transfer to 5 1/4 disks again.
What you can do, is simply buy some software (genereally used) in places
like:

http://www.voicenet.com/~generic/apple3.html.

To transfer files from your Apple to a PC, you wold need a serial cable, and
a serial card. there are comunication software on ASIMOV.
