You have to convert from SHR to GIF first.  Macintosh can't read
SHR without special software, but any Mac program can read
GIF.  Use SuperConvert or Convert 3200 to convert to GIF.  If
you can't, email me your screenshots (in a shrinkit archive) and
I will convert them to GIF for you (providing you don't have several
dozen, of course. ;-)
