Apple items added to CMD Web Site

Just thought I'd mention that we've now added our Apple II pricelist to our
web site. The URL to the A2 page is:

   http://www.cmdweb.com/apple2/

Right now it just prints the pricelist, but I'm sure we'll flesh it out a
bit more as time goes on.
