BTW, are people actually naive enough to believe the above nonsense?
Most spammers are already breaking laws by using servers, networks,
etc. that do not belong to them.  Do you really think they are going
to honor/be frightened by your little "contract".  Reality check time.

How about this:  This IS a contract.  Everyone that reads this has to
send me $10.  Reading this denotes acceptance of these terms.  

Equally un-enforceable, and equally silly.
