Yes.
If you had a UniDisk 5.25 (or Apple 5.25 Drive) you could also connect
that after the two 3.5" drives, and daisy-chain the IIc drive on the
end.
You are allowed a maximum of two Apple 3.5 Drives plus two 5.25" drives.
(You can _also_ connect a theoretically unlimited number of UniDisk 3.5
drives, but the drive chain is limited to four physical drives due to
electrical limits. If you do connect a UniDisk 3.5, it must go between
any Apple 3.5 Drives and 5.25" drives.)
