What contract agreements? :)

I did KFest sessions in 94, 95, and 96 and never was under any contract.

However, you are right to imply that not showing up after making an
agreement to do a session is generally not a good thing to do. But this
shouldn't present a problem this year. We are NOT hurting for sessions.
We actually have more than we have time for.

I received an email reply from Nathan after he posted that note on his
page
and he stated that he would not be attending.
