I agree (and I can see that the other side often started the flames),
but at least now, I only have half the posts to skip through due to
flames.

I think everyone should give Delphi's forums a try. Like I wrote
in another post, as a former member of Compuserve's MAUG
and Genie's A2 roundtable, I know it might be more attractive
to some. No one should be dissuaded from trying Delphi just
because others don't like it. Hey, I've stayed on csa2 despite
the nastiness when others have warned me to avoid it...

As a member of Delphi, you can also keep an eye out on a
fellow named Maurice Randall. He wrote an upgrade to the
Commodore version of GEOS and word is, he is not opposed
to starting a similar upgrade to A2 GEOS if a partner can be
found (A2 GEOS is very similar to C128 GEOS from a
programming point of view)...also, Doug Cotton of CMD
writes that when they negotiated for Commodore GEOS,
A2 GEOS was discussed. Any attempts to gain a license
from Geoworks will rest with discussion about sources from
the Commodore people. Maybe Juiced GS can use its
resources to help with the quest for GEOS...

Doug, if you are reading this, can you give us a figure for
Commodore GEOS? How much did CMD pay for the license?
