Well, here's the deal, Aaron:  Some of the stuff he got worked up over
_is_ old, yes; he takes copyrights seriously.  But other things he got
steamed over are new or under development, and anyone who is working on
new software really hates to see their work released without their
consent.  He is a programmer, and although far as I know it wasn't his
software being pirated (he may consider finding GUPP 1.07 on the apple.
cabi.net FTP to be piracy since he, the author, didn't authorize it
being there), he does have some nerves on the matter.  More than the
rest of us may sympathise or understand, leading to what we've seen...
