 WCC| seriously, if Nathan has decided to turn his back on the Apple
    | II community, why would he bother with Kfest?  contract
    | agreements?

I'm not qualified to answer but some possibilities:

 -- Contract agreement.  He agreed to be there so...
 -- Look around, that which we'd all like to do.  Just not participate.
 -- He does more than the Apple //, you know; promoting other products
        that he's created for other systems.
 -- To see and talk to people he's going to disassociate with on a
        programming or professional basis one more time.  Who hasn't
        gone back to a place of former employment to say goodbyes?
