Super Serial - slot 1 for printer/2 for modem
Grappler - slot 1
Mouse card - slot 4
Apple SCSI - usually slot 7
Duodisk - slot 6
Thunderclock & Mockingboard could go in any slot as I recall.

Actually, any of the cards will go in any of the slots. This is just the way
most are configured.
