Yep, this is something that many people have wanted for a long time.

of a miracle, the next best thing would be Bernie To The Rescue on a
fast PowerBook.

He's probably too busy teaching to have time to devote to this and
I would doubt that he has access to all of the firmware and custom chip
designs.

You better convince Jobs that this is "his" idea. He killed anything

he wasn't a part of.
