it should work in your IIe. (What are the differences in lead colors?
Like, if one supply has a black lead going to the same place a red lead
goes on the other supply, I'd think about doing some voltage checks on
the outputs. Use a 10-50 Ohm 10 watt resistor from the +5V lead to the
Ground lead to place a load on the supply when checking.)  

     I do not know if there are any differences in the placement of
mounting holes for the power supplies. You can easily check to see how
the II+ supply mounting points match up with holes in the bottom of the
IIe case.

     Your IIe power supply may be repairable. How did you "cook" it?
What symptoms did you notice prior to and at the time of failure?
