2nd Duodisk drive
--> I've got the chance to pick up a couple of xtra Duodisk drives
for my IIe. At $7 each, I can't go wrong. However, I've always
wondered (since I got my original Duodisk drive and there were
*4* little drive number stickies numbered 1 through 4) whether
I could hook-up a 2nd Duodisk drive to my IIe. I've had a look
at the drive-controller card and it does _not_ appear possible
to hook-up a 2nd one to the same controller card - and they're
not daisy-chainable AFAIK; so it appears that I could probably
only do this by the addition of a 2nd controller card - likely
in a slot lower than 6? Anyhoo: can anyone confirm, clarify or
advise if/how I can attach a 2nd Duodisk drive to my IIe? And,
don't ask _why_ I want to add one - I just do, cuz it seems to
be a *neat* idea!! Thanks for any input, folks. Though there's
a high noise-to-signal ratio here; I still find there's enough
of a common pool of A2 knowledge & expertise to resolve almost
any problem or answer questions, no matter how obscure; & that
makes this place worthwhile (though sometimes I _DO_ dispair!)
