Quality may not care about "little things," but the programmers who gave their
time and expertise to keep AppleWorks going do. They have young families, and
for them, every dollar counts. A lot of other people worked as volunteers and
at their own expense to develop AppleWorks 4 and 5. We put our good faith in
Quality to support this work to the very end. In the time it took you to
respond to Tom and me, you could have very simply asked the pirates to remove
the software, and it would have been done.
