Yes; the CMS card does not support greater than 32MB partitions and
the partition table is set using jumpers. Why did you switch? The
Apple card, even a Rev B one, is a much better SCSI card.
ADU won't work with the CMS card.
I recommend ditching the CMS card and finding an Apple II High Speed
SCSI card...you won't regret it!
