Using Virtual PC, PowerMac is running like a Pentium 75.  Surprise
surprise then that during the time of the Pentium 75, the Quadra
'040 was around.  Gemulator can run Quadra '040 software...faster
than a real Quadra at that...including MacOS 8.  Gemulator runs on
a Wintel...
