Re: Question

Well Nathan, I've got a legal copy of Animasia that I obtained with the
purchase of a used IIgs a few months back. I can assure both you and the
author of Animasia,
it will never be given to anybody from me and will never appear on any ftp site
I'm in charge of.

It's a fine IIgs program, with fast, clean, flicker-free animations. Hoever,
It needs more commercial exposure and IMHO, the author should post some
information on this newsgroup telling readers where and how to order it, with
the price and outlines of what all Animasia is able to do.

Last I knew the author was working with Burger Bill in his software company. I
do hope the author of Animasia will
promote its sale to the public with some information on it to THE A2 online
service and with a post to this Apple II newsgroup. After all - other than
Mike Westerfield's IIgs Morph program (which he still offers for commercial
sale) and Paintworks Animation format, Animasia is the only real animation
program commercially released for the IIgs.

I hope to be able to release the QuikTimeGS animation player and src. codes for
it soon to public domain and perhaps the src. codes furnished with it, can be
of some useful value to the Animasia author with any new implimentations and
support for QuickTime display - if he decides to do such an update to Animasia.

Cheers,
Tom
