You need to pull up the two rubber strips (sticky-back stuff) to get to the
other screws.
When I had one of these many years ago, I replaced the rather wimpy fan--and I
thought it was too noisy, as well--with a better quality one that flowed more
air and was quieter. Check a decent electronics store--a "surplus" outfit will
have fans of many sizes and ratings--or even Radio Shack.
