Of course I believe in evolution or why would I be subscribed to the
sci.bio.evolution newsgroup!  I was not kidding when I said you should
post your views on that newsgroup...many of the researchers actually
doing these studies participate in that NG.  FYI, the predecessor to
Homo sapiens, Homo erectus, was not a hunter.  Homo erectus was
a scavenger, using stone tools to hack at the remains of animals
killed by predators.  That was how our ancestors lived 1 million years
ago and men and women both did the scavenging.  Join the
sci.bio.evolution newsgroup if you want more info...

I have heard of Steinem's study...it was flawed.  The part about how
she stood behind a one way mirror and watch the girls pick up dolls
and the boys do rough and tumble and GI Joe?  How can she
conclude from that the intrisic nature of gender.  You know why it
was flawed?  When the children go home, they turn on the TV set
where little boys watch GI Joe commercials with little boys playing
and little girls watch other little girls in commercials play with
Barbie.  These outside factors are confounding variables.  They
could just as easily have caused the differences in behavior as
any innate gender difference.  The environment shapes the child.

No; more like Science, Nature, Scientific American, and Discover.
The first two are primary scientific journals.  Sci Amer is half and
half.  The last one is for the layperson.  I invite you to join the
