I would imagine that at least some of them control the baud of the
serial connection, if it is in fact a serial plotter.  If it has a
DB-25 or DIN-type plug, and not a Centronics type plug, it's slmost
definately serial.  See crappy ASCII art below.

This is probably the best one, unless one of the CAD groups knows
something...the only info I've seen about the Apple plotter is that
there's some crappy CAD program that uses it directly.
