I don't think they ever sold it. (Contrary to what you might think, I pay very
little attention to what SQC does, other than advising my customers what to
buy, andeven more important, what not to buy). 
SQC started with version 4. I heard that all the 3.0 disks were dumped to
Alltech, but I don't know what the story is or who  did it. It's a real problem
 for 128k users (getting  a suitable version), so if Alltech has it, that is
good. - BC
