Apple IIGS sounds -> Macintosh

For years, I've been moving sounds from a Macintosh to my Apple IIGS
with a combination of HFS Link and Resource Spy. Sometimes I use
rSounder to make the raw sound files into rSounnds.  Is there a way to
go the other way?
