actually, it DOES... your body's resistance depends on several
things, including (but not limited to) your current state of health
(sick, feverish,etc), sweaty, dry, etc..... most people measure out
at around 300 ohms or so, and it goes from there.
whether or not you're wearing rubber shoes (sneakers) or even a
grounding strap would make a difference, too.
