I'd say both Rudy's and Supertimer's suggestions should solve your problems
promptly.  But, I can't exactly figure out Nathan's remarks about your problem
really being of any help in your getting the game to run properly on your IIgs
_(But, then that's not unusual - given Nathan's nature and such these days)- I
can't see any relation to possible copy protection, modifed OS or anything else
he went on about having any relation to your solving your problem with the Myst
software or in helping you be able to play it.

The other two fellows gave you the solution - plain and simple, it's either one
or the other or both - of that I have little doubt.
