   The official csa2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at

connect my Apple II to an Appletalk (and/or Ethertalk) network?"
covers this in more detail. You're going to need to install and run
Appletalk & Appleshare on both sides, plus get cabling to connect the
two machines physically.
