Bought one from Alltech a couple of months ago now, and have not had any
problems with it.  Bought it blank (no simms) and installed my own that I had
laying around.  The only problem I had with the card was the the driver disk
Alltech sent was bad.  I called them, and they shipped me another one right
away.  The card has worked perfectly for me so far...
