What exactly is it that you are looking for?  MS Office for Linux is what
it sounds like.  Maybe MS Visual Dev Studio for Linux?  Is this what you
mean by "big names".  There is Corel Word Perfect Suite for Linux.  That
is a big name.  If you want an office suite, you can get Red Hat's Applixware.
That is another "big name" I guess.  What kind of software is it that you
want?  I am going to check out purchasing two of the items listed by the
previous poster (and I didn't even read more then half the list)!  The
TeamWave thing looks very interesting, and runs on all the platforms we use.
I believe that we may purchase that, and it is an example of a VERY useful
application in the business world.  The calendar application is another very
useful app.  If you are in the entertainment industry, the first app looked
intersting, but I would not know, since I am not in that field.  Just what
exactly do you do anyway?
