Yes.  It is the same for practically all services, BBS, and message
boards...

EXACTLY...they didn't sound professional at all, did they?  You
don't see AOL, Compuserve, or Prodigy moderators go around
calling people "jerks" and purposefully being rude...that was totally
uncalled for.  That moderator's email sounded more like a csa2
rant than anything else!  Very bad for a neutral moderator's image.
(Not to mention terrible for csa2 who gets a flame war started by
this.)
