I know this is frustrating, but the best way to fix the problem is
determine who first posted something to both groups, yours and
alt.windows95. All these other people are simply hitting the reply key
and are unlikely to change that habit. You need to go to the source,
which is someone who participates in your group and is crossposting.
This isn't a flame, but at this point, you are as guilty of spamming
as anybody and it won't fix what's bothering you.
