How did you get into Apple II computing?
In 1984 I bought an Apple ][+ Clone with 48KB, later 64KB and startet learning
Applesoft and later 6502 hacking.
I spent time with searching and programming cheats for the common
games, and programmed a Text-System in Applesoft (!). I put so many functions
in it, that it was so big (and slow) that I could only type in 2 pages,
then my Apple was out of RAM. Then Appleworks came out, and I had no need
to optimize my Program with Assembler Routines.
I upgraded my Apple with an 68000 CPU Card (selfmade), but I got it
only one time to work :-(
Today I still have my Apple ][+ but lots of my programs are lost because
of the quality of my Disks :-(
Sorry for my poor english.
