Since East Germany was "absorbed by the capitalistic system", the
old eastern country does not longer exist and like the USSR, the Anthem
is now only of historical value. The old country has been splitted
into five new counties which have become part of an unified Germany.
I don't know if the old description "FRG" is still valid, since this
was the name of the country which was formed with the western half.
To avoid confusion, I prefer the old name Germany.

The western Anthem has not changed however, and it is still being used.
Of course, you can translate them both if you feel very productive. :)
