they mean the same thing in the end.  you can't seperate IE from Win98
without discombobulating the whole thing.  pretty sneaky, if you ask
me.

hardly.  if you bothered to learn how to READ, you'll find in the
first line, he makes a specific reference to the paragraph he
described as "not necessarily accurate...".  that does not mean that
the REST of his post(s) are likewise.

stop being a lemming and learn an issue from BOTH sides before you
jump at a decision.  you'll be glad you did.  (and, in this case, you
may even find that you don't side with M$ as much as you thought you
would!)
