Concerning the Proterm 3.1 ShrinkIt archive on the Apple II - Asimov ftp
site....a simple email to the host and adm. of that site by the copyright
holder of the program (if they so desire to have it removed) should result in
it being removed from public download from that ftp site - promptly!

That was done by the copyright holder of GBBS and it was promptly removed!

I personally DON'T think Proterm 3.1 - should be available from the Asimov
Apple II ftp site - neither does Rubywand or anybody else that I know for that
matter.  But, it's not our place nor do we have the legal right to institute
its removal from the Asimov Apple II ftp site.  That is the right and
responsibility of the copyright holder of Proterm 3.1 - to institute its
removal from that site - if they elect to do it.
