May be a good idea to take a look at making a repository for all
official Apple II system software releases. Apple have only a
handfull of the latest releases for the Apple IIe, IIc and IIGS, but
nothing in between (often, versions of ProDOS never made it to
official system disks, but made their appearances via some third-party
software).
Also, take a look at whether there are versions of Apple II software
that are still being legitimately sold... a good place to research
such things is Syndicomm <https://store.syndicomm.com/>. You don't
want to run into legal trouble in building your archive!
