Apple IIc and Super Serial Card?

Do I need one to use say, S-Link, to transfer disk images from my PC to
new Apple?  It seems that there are 2 serial ports on the computer
already.  Printer, modem ports maybe?  Please excuse my lack of
knowledge of the Apple II!  I didn't have one growing up and was very
jealous of my buddy who did.  Now I got one!  Any help greatly
appreciated!
