Netscapse gives their browser away for free NOW. Previously it was free
only to studints and non-profit orgs.  MS started giving it away free
simply to stop Netscape. That is anti-compettive. Plus, MS is now in
negotions with DOJ. They are willing to "allow" Navigator to be
installed by the vendors, supposedly without penalty. This is being
forced by the DOJ.
