Thanks Nathan, I'll have a look at Joe's site. I've also been meaning to 
d/l your faq. Better do that right now.

I guess I should have mentioned that this old printer is a parallel and 
works fine with AppleWorks' built in Panasonic 1080, 1091, 1092 driver 
and my Grappler+ card.
