WTB memory chips.

WTB qty(6) memory chips type D424400-80 (NEC 9116FU502). Forgive me for
posting this here in CSA2 but I have posted in ...marketplace and other
hardware oriented places with no joy.  Even Computer Shopper isn't much
help.
 
These are needed for my AE gs~RAM III.  The card is dated 1991 so I
would imagine it to be one of AE's last products. The chips are little
20 pin 1megx4bit modules in which all 20 pins (wires) project along one
edge like a SIM.
 
Do we know of a chip merchant out there who specializes in these old
timers?  Any info would be greatly appreciated.            Dick Pirong

The graphics are so much better than those in my //e version.
