Note that it doesn't matter if the pirate is selling or giving away
the product; the issue is whether someone is trying to sell it, and
hence is being deprived of legitimate income by the pirate.

This is the crux of the debate.  Some people cleave to the principle
that pirating is wrong.  Others have a more flexible morality based
on whether anyone is being hurt.  I doubt either side will ever agree
with the other.  I only wish they'd stop trying to convince each
other in csa2.
