It was not a 6502 simulator, but a 68000 simulator.

The description says...
This is a Motorolla 68000 simulator and assembler package. While
you can run the simulator from the finder or a shell the assembler
must be run from within a shell environment. This is a GS specific
program. Packed with ShrinkIt GS 1.1.
