This solution does not run a web browser on the actual Apple II,
but the end result is nearly the same: get a telcomm program for the
][+, and a unix shell account from a local Internet Service Provider
(ISP). With that, you can dial into the ISP, and run 'lynx' to view
the content from web pages (some graphics can be downloaded and viewed
separately; most web plugins that help deliver useless fluff are out),
send/recieve email, everything else. Thus, if you want a fast and
simple way to get the real content out of web pages, this'll work
great.

More details on where you can look for a local ISP that supports
such a thing, where you can get comm programs, etc can be found in the
official csa2 FAQ at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html
Section 7.1 covers getting on the internet, and is a good starting place
to look for this question.
