Transfer files from IIgs to //e

Is there a quick way to transfer files from a IIgs to //e - 3.5 drive on the
iigs and 5.25 drives on //e...

I do have a zip drive and a scsi card in the //e and a ramfast on the
iigs... would it be feasible to have the zip drive on the iigs put all the
//e files I need on there.  Then transfer the zip drive to the //e and
create 5.25 disks?

Or would using a serial cable with Proterm be easier between the two
machines?
