Some copyright info to think about

I don't see much point in replying to some of the messages that have
been going on about asimov because many of them are just not reading
the messages that they are replying to thoroughly. Many have also
dropped to using semantics and a lot of the arguments are starting to
get stretched real thin (to use a cliche, they are grasping for
straws).

Here is some copyright notices from some of my Apple II software.
Keep in mind that these copyrights are still in effect and the
copyrights won't expire on them until after the year 2030. (Unless
the copyright laws change sometime before then to reduce that date.)

Many of these notices also make backup copies illegal as well as using
the software on a computer system other than the one it was specified
for. The later point making it illegal for you to even load the
program with an emulator.

So the copyright holders of these titles, and pretty much any piece of
commercial software, has the ability to pursue any violation of their
copyrights at any time.
